Qual­i­ty Standards

Friend­ship Vil­lage earned its fifth five-year accred­i­ta­tion from the Com­mis­sion on Accred­i­ta­tion of Reha­bil­i­ta­tion Facil­i­ties — Con­tin­u­ing Care Accred­i­ta­tion Com­mis­sion (CARF — CCAC) and is the only CCRC in Illi­nois to have been accred­it­ed five times. CARF — CCAC eval­u­ates our per­for­mance as a com­mu­ni­ty against more than 1,200 qual­i­ty stan­dards. We must meet rig­or­ous and com­pre­hen­sive guide­lines for gov­er­nance, fis­cal respon­si­bil­i­ty and stan­dards of care.
